• Managed loan documentation for $3mm Loan, $4mm Mortgage Loan, $1mm Bridge Loan, $7mm Rental Complex Refinance: Environmental Assessments, Alta Title Insurance, Hazardous Materials Agreements and other loan documentation required to facilitate closings
• Maintained records for irrevocable trust and three marital trusts; developed Sales Statistics reporting format and exhibits; maintained records for all company insurance including but not limited to risk management, liability, property and vehicle
